It is Janco partners. The Company had been trying to raise $100M for projects. Janco partners were the investment banker. IMO, once these 6 sites are running, it will be much easier to raise the $100M. They said that these are existing projects. I did call Janco partners when the PR was out and they said they are helping to raise up to $100M.

IMHO, if these 6 sites are up and start running, GDTK will boom.
