Your dd seems correct on REE places to refine materials. A side note, China just doesn't have the same environmental regulations so the can build plants and process materials at an unfair advantage. Where exactly SNEY will process their REE is still a mystery. I do know they have been active in planning and negotiating for REE refinement.

This is an important piece of the puzzle that they are on top of .... as far as I have been told.

Keep searching ... the south africa site is the closest I know of but is not active yet. Perhaps we will have a group on or near site in the future.
