I called Kim on Weds to see where we were at with the CC and if there was going to be any PR prior to the announcement of the CC. Kim said there would be a PR for something no later than Tuesday Next week.

Kim said he would like to do a PR to announce the new lab deal prior to announcing the CC so he could talk about the lab in the CC. This is what he is waiting for, the thumbs up or down on the lab.

If they announce the CC with no announcement of the lab, there is no lab deal at the present time.

The lab is to produce commercial size quantities of Gen 1 so they can get the product out for companies to use in their products and market.

KBLB has out grown the lab at Notre Dame. This should come as no surprise as Notre Dame does not have the ability to produce commercial quantities. Notre Dame will still house the zinc finger.

Commercialization, lab. They are the same thing in my opinion. We cannot have worms out on the street for other people to steal and start their own farm. KBLB needs to keep the worms in a secure location while in commercialization.
