There is a theory that the news takes time to penetrate the market. This company has a 44 mil contract. Why is it not higher should be the question.
Secondly the Louisana Flood may have renewed interests. The reason, Jordan and Phillips had the last contract to clean up after Katrina. You thoughts or comments please.
