then what is the reason the appeal to hearing panel is denied? it is weird that they do not give another chance just because 10k not on time and independent directors not meeting requirement....

i hope somebody that has contact with the company can confirm the forensic audit is still going and doing OK at this stage? The company is acting like a fool to allow stock crashes like this without any material proof it is guilty.

of course i know we are fools, too.
