Other than being a nice round number, I'm not sure I follow you. Looking back at the original Samyang financing details, I don't see a significance of 1%. The agreement does specify that Samyang can't sell 500 K shares or more over a 2 day period without offering Cortex the first right of refusal to buy them. So just curious what significance you see in the 1% figure? Thanks.
