So i was totally wrong, and i liked my version much more... :).
So they get a lot of shares... Hmmm doesnt seem like a great deal to me. But ok, making a deal like this, they'll have to be sure that they are getting the permit.
Also for the seller. If it doesnt go to about a dime in 2 years, they made a pretty bad deal.
