About the "2 year restricted" what exactly does it mean (english is not my 1st language).

Do they get x shares in 2 years from now totalling 1.5 million dollars? So at a pps of 0.1 ==> 15million shares?
Plus 300 000$ and 5%?
That would be peanuts...
