so basically it says that the company is seawind and the bank owns (or holds the 20mil shares that were the other company involved, being they are in default(/) and in the court they are a non factor. the merger was to get the seawind companies together so it would be a worldwide company and it is a sucess. it cost a little, but, the merger is happening and the total company moves forward julius baer? is a banker and as such is a good partner to move forward. i think the small(50m) line of credit will be a part of the bank soon and will be a non factor swiftly. we will be a major player soon, unless toby is not the man we thought he was.
