dotell, hello, my explanation is a very good one. Basically what I see on level 2 is that someone wants a huge chunk of stock at the bid or just under,I guess because there is almost a 3 cent spread between the bid and ask so he or she is trying to get her on the cheap side. Nobody has sold the shares so they have not bought yet.If someone is putting up $34k (34 thousand dollars)then either they suspect or know something otherwise why would such a large bet being placed?
Also,the shares dipped to .25 very briefly and now has maintained its low to mid .30's price on very low volume.This too is a very good sign.
Remember this is all in my opinion but I have been in these markets for years and I have to say CYPW looks very very good to me.
