Hmmm, I see an interesting twist that might play out...if I were Ed and couldn't get some reasonable consideration to reasonable conditions I might play a little poker and see if the other party wants to just sit on his pile of rocks for the next ten years or get serious...notice the comment using "to date"...but he also had to be up front with we shareholders. The deal can easily come back together I'll bet.

On a definitely positive note is the bringing on of professional help in many areas - anxious to hear more about the consultant when Ed returns to the States. ya think an experienced guy is gonna work for a year for free...nope betting there is more to this story to come.


Such a low OS, little to no debt, a stand up manager, great objectives, project in house, new consultant on board.....guess we'll see where others line up on this news.
