I think its time for us to somehow move to the TSX venture listing.

according to the requirements listed http://www.venturelawcorp.com/tsx_venture_exchange_mining.htm

we have everything in place to do it.I read every day about crap companies getting $5 million in private placement money, while they barely have enough drilling results done on their properties.But the fact that they are on the TSX brings out the rich canadian investors who drop a ton of money on them.

Is it possible for us to merge with an already listed co., thus enabling them to take advantage of our 2.8m oz. NI 43-101, and enabling DGRI to get the funds it needs to bring Basin Gulch into full production.?

Any thoughts?
