Bee - What new applications have emerged since last December when Waterdog said we were weeks away? I understand that the bio-terrorism angle delayed the time-frame through the first half of 2010, but was has happened since the beginning of this year that caused Waterdog's assurances of great things first quarter to be delayed? Ed had mentioned that he expected Gov't news by the end of the 2010 - that obviously hasn't happened - is there a new time frame?
