mg--you likely shopped at k-mart when they were bankrupt and you didn't give diddle or likely didn't even know they were bankrupt, as long as you got what you wanted at the price you wanted to pay.

you point is without merit,imo,as consumers buy mainly on price, particularly the bottom feeders looking for a cheap phone.
