Surprised delisting caught everybody off guard

Including probably ccme and it's legal team . This has been halted for 2months. The company has put a legit
Plan in effect by hiring credible team for the forensic audit which has been going on for a couple weeks . The NASDAQ did a bad job of trying to protect shareholders . What if in 30-60 days the forensic audit comes back cleanly , new CFO , clean audit and ccme back at 10$. The NASDAQ waited 2monthd but can't wait until the end of outside audit ? The only positive is it's shock and awe back to ccme if they care . The only problrm is I don't think ccme can do anything until the foresic audit is done .
