To pay off Talisman and fund wells. So Talisman not to have stake in Canada operation. Don't know whose choice Talisman or Ivan. IMO - they know he is concentrating on earlier access to revinue - which is China, so work in Canada to take back seat - so they want payoff. Convertable at $3.36 so have to figure someone is going to want it to eventually get higher.

Good buy back in at $2.28 level.

You thoughts?

<<Where do we go from here? Been here 5 years and have recently sold from 2.82 down to 2.45. Where is the bottom? What about the new financing. Stands to reason RF after offering the last warrants looks less credible to some. Still Sunwing buildout of more wells needs capital infusion. SO does that MEAN NO partner?
Apparently. I see an Asian stock offering as well for Mongolia. You may recall this was discussed a couple of years back. Is 2.39 a good buy? Got to think 2.15 is still possible! HTL is not hot as we would like but Tamarack and the oil sands still has a huge upside but nees money. Is the 50 million UNSECURED CONVERTIBLE debentures a sign of big things to come? >>
