Edward L. Deutsch: President and acting CEO
Edward L. Deutsch has more than thirty years of global experience in brand development, license procurement, design, product development, production, marketing, sales, electronic retail, internet and web site development, all catered to the world's luxury markets. Mr.Deutsch has held many global licensees and has worked in concert with some of the most prestigious brands and couture houses including Christian Dior, Valentino, Charles Jourdan, Courreges, Paul Smith, Nina Ricci, Ciro and Kathy Ireland, to name but a few. Mr.Deutsch will be responsible for brand development and global commercialization of The Estate Vault. In this position, his primary focus will be exploring, identifying and developing strategic, synergistic opportunities for The Estate Vault.
Mr. Deutsch serves on a number of boards, including Creditorlife.com. As well, he is actively involved in a variety of philanthropic causes, including Step Up 4 Vets.
David Engel: Chief Operating Officer
In 2005, after the disaster of Hurricane Katrina, David was co-originator of The Estate Vault Inc. and has been working behind the scenes with the design and advancement of The Estate Vault.
David is also very instrumental in the development of the InstaDoc-Direct secure document transfer program which is being integrated in The Estate Vault Inc. and assumed the role of Chief Operation Officer in October 2010.

Doug Dragasevich: Executive Vice President,Strategic Initiatives
Doug brings over 18 years of global technology marketing and business development experience to The Estate Vault. His role will be to identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy and is responsible for planning and directing the operational activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards. Doug has successfully developed and executed global product launches, integrated branding, and corporate communication strategies, that have propelled the companies he has worked for to the World marketplace and greated brand awareness in a leadership role. Doug has built and managed diverse team-oriented departments in business development, product management, marketing services, and channel/distribution.
Prior to joining Estate Vault, Doug held executive positions with Synnex Corp., Mapfusion, The Bulldog Group, ATI Technologies, Delrina Corp., and IBM.
Dale Thelford:Chief Privacy Officer
As the General Manager and Chief Privacy Officer for National Privacy Services Inc., Dale Telford has worked directly with associations to help provide solutions to their members with regards to privacy and the best practices in handling personal information.
Over the last three years he has been working specifically in the health care sector to find ways to provide cost effective solutions, which allows private practices to adopt and implement privacy compliance. This effort lead to the development and release of the Common Sense Privacy Best Practices through a joint effort with Atlantic Canada's Largest Law Partnership; McInnes Cooper anddirection from both the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and Doctors NS.
