Soup Please reread the PR CGI is buying not leasing or partnering
they will pay 1.5 plus 2% plus 300K I have to agree with LT. and 2 years from now those shares used to buy this company will be on the street. I"m not understanding the logic of such a purchase at this critical point. We need to conserve capital ie shares for working
expenses. Expenses to get up and running are going to dilute us enough
This almost seems like a credit card purchase of a car no cash is coming out of your pocket at the time but payments and interest will
be realized at some point.
