The only people, IMO, that should be buying this stock in the flippers and I don't see a reason why this would go up in price. I see only downside.

I am confident the exchange will take place and I don't say that lightly.

I can't say what the future of Centa will be, but it offers an exit from this tainted shell that only prospects are dilution to put a band aid on a bleeding artery.
