1) I don't know the logistics involved or the costs associated with sending ore to another mill. Certainly more costly than using your own mill (without considering any mill start up costs, of course).

2) Site remediation (TR-11), I would expect will be required prior to issuing a permit for mining.

Bottom line IMO is a company without working capital, should be working on generating revenue and not the acquisition of additional mines. Capital for starting the mill will be substantial, yet management wants more mines. Us investors are and will pay for all of it.

At this point in time, I'm not convinced management's purchase of the Silverton mine was in the best interest of the company. I certainly don't think it was in the interest of the shareholders.
