The majority of shareholders that own the majority of shares know that there is no split coming near term..The majority of shareholders that hold the majority of shares are not selling..The majority of shareholders that hold the majority of shares really could care less if the company files to change the last filing..

Considering the above..I would say that the majority of shareholders that hold the majority of shares in this company could also care less about what the few on this board believe..
