I think regulator has his own agenda that is opposite to shareholder interest.
He wants his money back by through foreclosure. Therefore arguing has no sense.
If i was a creditor i wouldn't want share profits with shareholders. If i was a debtor i would force by any means to reduce my debt. Whoever has stronger argument here is going to come out succesful. We have Cprksa that is possibly doing everthing to preserve shareholders intact. Very difficult war to win where basically everybody is against us. If Chuck could pull this think with ltf in place then we will be ok. However if financing is going to come from JB we are toasted. Of course IMO.
