Great News, Feedback and Nicaragua for the Week
Posted by kcmholdings on May 19, 2011
Dear Investor Community,

I am extremely pleased to report that our new intellectual property based venture generated its first revenue as of this morning which is ahead of our projected schedule. We honestly did not expect to generate revenue because of an accepted beta-testing period. However, after linking our back-end systems, I received an email notification that our first payment has indeed come in for processing.

This is great news. It shows that our systems are working and the product is viable. We are expecting a continual stream of payments to come in over the new few weeks.

We also have a full slate of prospects for our actual launch in June. Along with many other clients who are asking us to possibly launch in their cities. In fact I just yesterday I sat and presented to a company that wants to create an alternative currency model across North America. They loved what I had to say. Fascinating and challenging opportunities are all around.

To let you know, we are using PayPal as an integral part of our payment system. This allows us to also handle affiliate payments in mass which will keep our overhead down. We are also using Salesforce.com which has been a tremendous advantage in keeping our marketing pipeline efficient. Last night I sat with a staff member and we tested all the billing, communication and customer service systems. Our philosophy has been to use systems that have already been proven successful instead of trying to build technical structures from the ground up.

Our target is a customer base of 1 million users. If we do only do 5% of this we will be looking at a whole different KCMH.

I am extremely pleased that we have been able to build this revenue model from scratch.

June 20 is our official web launch. I look forward to sharing all the news of a successful kick-off.

Let me also say that where as I appreciate some of our investors asking for continual updates; when I don’t put up an update, it does NOT mean it is negative news. Nor will I respond to any pressure to put out updates before it is proper time. And also because I am trying to run the company and simultaneously communicate using social media, I won’t always get to things as fast as some may desire. I am doing my best and as you can see, the frequency of my communication has increased. I hope everybody also knows that I am not afraid to tackle negative developments however I am required to use caution being the CEO of a public company.

With that being said, from May 21-29 I will be in Nicaragua participating in social development projects. This means you won’t hear from me during this time. I recognize that not everybody agrees with out corporate social responsibility approach, however it is within my personal core values and therefore will be reflected in this company. Our social responsibility initiatives will also greatly assist our marketing efforts and hopefully get us recognized as not just a brand with product–but purpose as well. If you pay attention to market trends, all successful businesses are integrating corporate social responsibility with great results.

I cannot begin to tell you how many irons we have in the fire. This past week I put final touches on graphics for financial projection presentations. Right now we have representatives sourcing the right business and financial partners to take us to the next level. We are waiting to hear about possible financial support from overseas potential international partners. I am also waiting on budget approvals from other clients. While in Nicaragua I am doing a live test on the Android Application we have been developing for social media advertising.

Every wheel is turning top increase our momentum I assure you.

Let’s just say that June will be an interesting and critical month. I am positive not everything will work perfectly, but just one of our models needs to take off to completely turn the whole ship around.

I appreciate all the support and the tenacity of the KCMH team. I hope you are all excited. I am.

Sincerely,

Ed Kang
