Guys tell me what Im missing . ORRV finds the ships, ORRV finds the cargo intact, ORRV has the right partner Deep Marine Salvage ,ORRV has the Technology, Im assuming ORRV has the permission to salvage? They start at the end of the Year, Maybe some dillution in exchange for $2B worth of commodities to salvage. What am I missing here?
