Most pump-and-dumps are staged by third parties with no ties to the company. Often responsible companies will issue public warnings to investors when their stock price is moving skyward irrationally, so as to disassociate themselve from the 'rumor mills' and pump-meisters.
Instead your CEO granted interviews to the 'rumor mill' and never issued any warning to investors.
Your stock has declined an astounding 1,000%, from .30 to .03.
Is there any reason to believe it cannot decline 10,000%, to .003?
And never recover?
