I hope you're incorrect. NHSH can not solicitae an offer in public, so I must assume the offer must come from me with guidance from a Helpful Group to the T/A or the ATTY. I'd rather by pass The Atty dragging his feet and go straight to the T/A.

Okay you say NHSH has not officaly merged? Why pray tell is that pcocess taking so long. They are not developing a cancer drug. I'd figure it be much like pulling a building permit. Its been how long?
I had to assume some proactive work was going on since Jan.
