i wouldnt be too concerned about the merger date as of now, they are doing business together which is what matters, the last 8-k outlines the details of their combined transaction of the super tucano; tac-air takes possession of the aircraft, TADF financed it, and they both share in revenues. The last press release also had both CEO's TADF/TACAIR, talking about the pending merger; the wording was very positive. This could get officially announced at any moment. GLTA
