The things that make me think that it is shorting going on versus what you have also proposed is the bids coming in by nite. They have essentially boxed in the price, but the bids are much larger at this point. So it sure looks like someone is scalping for tenths of a cent. Also, the last time we saw what looked like dilution, VERT and HDSN were the ones doing the selling. Not that it couldn't be a different MM this time, but just noted that in particular.
