A lot of times, on pinks at least, after market trades are dilution because it's going to cost someone .05 per share on top of the share price to do an after market trade. I'm sorry but I'm not going to spend more on the fees to execute the trade than I am on the actual share price. I better know it's going to run very very hard the before I do that. Lol. I'm not sure what other brokers charge for pre and post market trades. It just isn't very smart money wise IMO.
