I can say with 100% certainty i dont bleieve this company to be a scam, i watched with my own eyes last year as a resident of south dakota. This Company Monkey Rock USA pull off a great feat and put together the best shows of the Sturgis Rally 2010 in less than 2 weeks when the operators of the Glencoe venue backed out. I myslef do gamble on a few penny, subpenney stocks from time to time. The difference with this stock. I can see and have purchased the "product" they offer. Most pennies, nothing verifiable aside from a few pictures, bad financing PRs that dilute the comany stock to oblivion etc.... As far as the mining operation, maaybe the company wants to return to a private status and "sell off" ticker symbol. Similiar to a reverse merger it happens. This is my 2 cents and all my opinion.
