Back on Feb 10, 2011, GLER entered into a joint venture mining partnership with Modern Coal LLC to purachse a major coal property in Kentucky. The reason for this was that Modern had just received a major coal order from a company, and GLER had several coal offers on the table. Basicly GLER and Modern both needed a large coal field with good yeilds so they decided to team up and buy a major coal property in Kentucky so both companies could fulfill their existing orders and offers that were on the table.


As per the joint venture, GLER and Modern Coal LLC have bought a major coal producing property in kentucky with high quality, high yeild coal. From the PR that was released on Feb, 10, 2011 that announced this joint venture, it stated that Modern Coal had signed a contract with Advent Enterprises for up to $525,000,000 worth of coal. Now, as per that deal, GLER wasn't going to get any money from it as this was Modern Coal's contract. Here is the link to that contract:

What GLER did get out of this was part ownership of that major coal property and the abbility to go out and sign their own major coal contracts with other companies just as Modern Coal did.

We have reason to suspect that GLER is in the process or has just finished signing a major coal contract worth 10s of millions or 100s of millions of dollars just like Modern did a few months ago. We already know that piror to this joint venture with Modern, GLER already had many offers from companies in need of large amounts of coal. It's only logical to assume that once they aquired the major coal property in Kentucky, they were going to sign a contract for one of these deals. After speaking with people familier with the company, they confrimed our logic and thinking and said that is exactly what they are expecting the company to announce very very soon. We don't have an exact time frame but we think the news might only be days to weeks away at most.

Currently, GLER has a very very low O/S of only 397,928,664 shares. For a engery company that could sign major contracts worth 100s of millions of dollars, that is a very small float resulting in a very high price per share that could easily be in the dollars.

If GLER is able to land a major deal, this company could very easily be valued in the dollars over night. If it's only a small deal, then multiple pennies is almost a given. And considering just a few months ago this was at .04, we are expecting share prices to at least hit those levels with the announcement of any coal contract.
