Whole reason for going grey is so Cheng does not have to release the results of the independent investigation or to give him the freedom to tell the forensic auditors to FO.

What's with the PR "The Company intends to further appeal the hearing panel's determination." Give me a break. Cheng has exhausted every appeal. At this point it is every man for himself. I don't distinguish him from you, me or any other ihub or YMB poster who is trying to maximize the resale value of the stock he/she owns by adding more speculation to the equation while sitting on the computer with a buy or sell order.

I won't be surprised if Cheng dumps (if he didn't already) and pocket the tens of millions he would realize if he did. What's stopping him?


I am now a former shareholder as of 15 minutes into the trading session by the good grace of the SEC and Nasdaq committee.

One last note: CCME is now trading on the Grey Market - that is one step up from the Caveat Emptor.
