Fellow Shareholders
As you are aware based on the PR sent by Mr Joe Canouse on Monday of this week, the courts have approved an increase in the QASP O/S. We believe that as the increase in A/S and O/S was approved without valid voting rights being created and without shareholder approval. We as a group should make our opinions known with the Transfer Agent in an attempt to at least stall the issuing of any stock until after the May 26th court date when a decision may be made as to the true management of Quasar.
Attached is a document we would like to ask all shareholders to complete and e-Mail to Computershare – Jessica.lockwood@computershare.com and essential.registry@computershare.com in an effort to have the Transfer Agent not issues shares at this time. Although this may not affect the outcome, we feel it is important that we, the shareholders make our opinions known on the record.
