Gilgamash -- Don's post is clear alright . However ,it still remains selling & it involves people .This is why the great sales people of this world earn very substantial incomes .A&dditionally ,companies with far more technical products & services than edig ,employ sales personnel .IBM & Microsoft rapidly come to mind .
