Let's start up the conspiracy theories then... another short inside job?

I agree - would expect to see some announcement... even if a few hours via the Nasdaq halt code...; but expect to see a filing.

Maybe shorts have friends in powerful places... 'deep capture' anyone?

Best company retaliation to this would be to make a private offer for the company - nail the shorts good.
