Actually, a stock like this really is an investment, in the sense that, if you buy shares from the company, then your money is going into the company, as opposed to another investor who sold you the stock.

Your money goes towards the R&D, the patent filings, the litigation, the debt reduction, and the growth of the company.

When you buy stock from another investor, it doesn't do anything for the company, because your money goes to the other investor, not to the company.

This is every bit as much of an investment as buying a Nasdaq Stock, if not, more so.

And, if the cash flows ramp up as expected, and management decides to do a share buyback, at some point in the future, the potential for gains from this investment is enormous.

$1.00 per share, without a R/S is not out of the question.
