hey guys, ive been in touch with olan thru email, im posting what he wrote to board:

Can you post the following on the board:

This is how the manipulation is taking place.

The BUYER at E-trade buys shares at the BID and then immediately puts them on the ASK.

If he sells them at the ASK he makes money.

If the price goes down because of all the huge amount of shares they have on the ASK, then he buys more cheap shares and keeps circulating them. Making money on the way down.

Then, if news hits and there is a run, he holds his remaining shares and lets the run go, then begins the process all over again when the PPS is way high.

The only way for the honest investor to win is NOT to sell shares on the BID to ETMM and buy his shares at the ASK so they don't have any to sell.
