Don U imo are way off base .First you have no clue as to my credentials ,second sales is sales ,whether u r selling widgets or nuclear reactors . Reason being it involves people ,the most important asset of any company . FWIW I owned & operated a highly successfull sales rep firm .At it's height ,I employed 35 sub reps with a3 state exclusive territory & personally negotiated both the product lines & commission /bonus structures with 32 vendors .Our gross sales was in excess of $200mm . I hired bean counters & inside support personel .
