Hey, the kingfisher guy was ticked off, long ago, just about the dividend lie alone. Well, at that time, it was kind of the same crap. They put out a lie of a dividend record date(and it was actually the second lie), and I at least told him I'd be glad to sign anything he or his lawyer person, could come up with. But I think at that time he was suggesting that all of us pissed off people come up to New York, to have a meeting so to speak. Of course, that was a bit unlikely to happen. Once again, I can only tell you what I understand, about how the laws are "slated" in Matt the bastards favor. It's all in the stupid disclaimer you find, present at the bottom of most of these VIVK news events. It covers them for the eventual "anything" that happens. So not only did it cover them for false dividend record date claims, it also covers them for any false or misleading merge claims......Perhaps the only possible claim that could be pursued, would be something like what eagle_2975 mentioned on post #6687, and that there was a merge lie, based on the debt due.
