Navicom Sells Over 200 GPS Units In One Week As a Result of Last Week's Trade Show

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., May 13, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ --
NowAuto, Inc. (OTC: NWAU) today announced that wholly owned subsidiary Navicom GPS has sold over 200 GPS units since last week's NABD trade show in Las Vegas. More importantly, Navicom sees a broadening awareness of its GPS products by companies purchasing the units and recommending them.

Keith Tench, President of Navicom said, "Navicom was a huge hit at the NABD Show and we received orders for over 200 GPS units in the past week. We made many new contacts and we expect several new orders coming from companies we met at the show. In addition to the anticipated new orders, a multitude of companies reached out to us during the event in hopes of creating partnership integration with their existing product. Our sales team will aggressively begin to pursue these partnership opportunities. The event was for 3 days in Las Vegas and Navicom was one of the busiest booths throughout the show. We could not be more thrilled with the success of Navicom over the past 60 days. This has been a phenomenal quarter for Navicom and a testament to our growing strength in the GPS market."

Navicom also announced the hiring of Ryan Clemons as the Company's new Channel Manager. Ryan brings over 10 years experience in sales management and marketing in the wireless industry and his primary focus will be sales growth for the GPS division. "I'm excited to be a part of the Navicom team and look forward to reaching out to all verticals, direct and indirect. I am eager to grow our subscriber base while maintaining the superior service and customer satisfaction our current Navicom subscribers and distributors have become accustomed to. The GPS Market is in need of a company that can serve their asset management, safety and security needs while giving them the specialized attention they deserve. I believe that Navicom will soon prove to be the model GPS Company that all others in the industry will want to follow. When I started in wireless 10 years ago, I participated in its growth to the common household service it is today. I am excited to see GPS do the same and help Navicom lead the way," said Ryan Clemons.

Navicom also recently added numerous distributors, which is an integral part of the Company's strategic growth plan. The new distributors' states added in the past 30 days are: New York, Alabama, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Kentucky. These states were added because their markets show strong potential for the Navicom GPS product lines. Each reseller has been pre-screened and has demonstrated expertise in related disciplines to develop a variety of marketing and sales opportunities.
