Between now and then there will be MUCH new news to report and everything we've hoped to accomplish since January 2010 will be in the rear view mirror. AGM's are very time consuming as well as expensive and Ed just didn't want to lose a month or more of normal business stuff to do one before the end of the year. Currently, we are dotting I's and crossing T's and covering all bases. The sky is the limit.
