You keep saying that Matvieshen gave back John Salamon's 8.9 million shares. That is rubbish. Take a little time to actually read the filings and figure things out.
According to the filings, John Salamon offered up 8,906,059 shares held by Space Globe for sale to Matvieshen. Those certificates were reportedly picked up by Matvieshen's Kelowna buddy Harold Schneider.
Matvieshen reportedly paid $15,000 and $62,000 for a total of $77,000 to Salamon under the terms of the Dec. 7 share purchase agreement.
In subsequent SLMU filings, if you care to look, you will see that Sunlogics, Inc. (In Trust) is identified as the beneficial owner of 1,325,627 shares. It doesn't take much to figure out that those shares were part of the 8,906,059 shares offered by Salamon.
