Website has now been updated with shareholder notice of May 9,2011. Looking forward to the new acquiring company with a fresh ticker symbol and the exchange of our shares. We'll be on a new clean slate and back on the OTC or higher exchange before too long. You are correct, lawjack. The 2nd bid is currently under negotiations which is excellent but I doubt we'll end up getting just $2.50/shr once the air is clear. I'm thinking more like $4.00/shr or higher. Remember, when the bids were in, the price of gold was around $1385/ounce. Never mind the hostility..its to be expected.
