Yes to all that Funman -- but to correct a few facts.

1) 2011 PIPES were at $1.4 and $2.0725. Warrants for both are $2+ -- which tells me the investors believe the PPS will be above $2. Otherwise, the warrants are not exercised and they don't make any money. If exercised, millions more go into AEN's coffers.

2) When Meda submits NDA and gets approval to market, $15 million is due to AEN. In 2 lump sums. But royalties of 7% have to be split so only 3.5% goes to AEN. That is still millions per year. And I too have friends with fibromyalgia who say the drugs aren't worth it -- they don't really work and too many side effects. That Effirma is already approved and used in Europe for pain management and has a completely different action than what's currently on the US market is HUGE.

There are some good posts on the Yahoo board re: AEN if you can sift through the idiots. LOL There is a guy, Don Quixote, who is very positive and knowledgeable. He tends to sum things up nicely, for the most part.

AEN is my retirement stock!! Hopefully!!
