They have indeed, and despite the "motions to reconsider", if it meets the terms wanted by the PUC as we have been told to expect, it will be approved very quickly. The motions to reconsider will be denied and the SEC will approve of the site permit changes without much fanfare despite our favorite intervenor (Eldrest) claiming that a name change, with same owners and partners means something, or that increased efficiency without burning additional fuel is a negative,lol, or that any other change spells doom.
I think even he sees the writing on the wall after being admonished by the SEC that they will not tolerate a rehash of settled issues. This explains his grasping at a straw with a success rate of less than 1% as it is his only means by which he can claim to not yet be defeated. Of course his motion is based on issues not within the jurisdiction of the PUC and is a simple rehash of arguments used at the SEC, EPIC FAILURE.
As far as the IPP's motion, while not having seen it yet, I can guarantee one thing, it is a rehash of the same arguments that lost in the primary fight and though it will look nice on paper, it is still just a list of losing arguments, same as ALL motions to reconsider, which is why the failure rate is so high.
When FINAL APPROVAL is GRANTED from both agencies I should send him a nice bottle of wine but I think it would be wasted, maybe I'll send ripple, LMAO. He gave it a grade school fight but he was against an ivy league team with Mike leading the way, he had no chance of success.
I wonder how many shares he has bought behind the scenes. He claims none, and I really hope that is correct as this intervenor is the last person I want to see profit from the success we now are ready to accept graciously. GO MIKE AND GO LLEG ! ! ! !
