In regards to patent # 7317819......The fees were due on 1/8/2011 in the amount of $490.00 and have not been paid. A surcharge will be added to the total fees due on 7/9/2011. On 1/9/2012 this patent will expire if these dues are not brought current. So, who lets the dues lapse on a "valuable patent" for a piddly amount of $490.00, unless the patent isn't "valuable" at all. : )
