These are facts? Where is the evidence?

There IS an R/S coming, the company principals filed for it in February. Currently they are lying about that filing NOT being able to be corrected. I was told by the NV SOS a few weeks back that the filing could be amended by simply filing a corrected superceding form. That post is archived. A shareholder then produced that very form. He sent it to the principals of Expo holdings not ONCE but TWICE with exact instructions on how to correct the filing. They ignored it. Proving they lied. They intended then and intend now to do a R/S. There are 3.35 billion shares out not 3 billion. All my factual claims can be proven by calling and/or visiting the NV SOS site. If there is zero proof for the quoted claims, then they are simply mistaken opinion NOT facts and should be represented as such. All IMHO.
