When you say bought out, what do you mean exactly? OHAQ was nothing but a shell. So are you saying someone has bought the shell? Thanks.


And also you said you "talked to management." Who did you talk to exactly? Feinberg?

If that's the case then a 8-k of some sort should come out soon.
