Looks like someone got out of APRO today and then it was followed up with a '911' trade!

Is that '911' trade a signal for the fire department:
1) Because it is going down in flames and the CEO does not care about the shareholders or the filings or the value of the pps?

2) Because NEWS is on the way and APRO is about to be set on FIRE with much needed volume and a much higher pps?

3) Because ________________?
