Even if you read the 10K on 4/21 and used the worst case scenario presented by the company:
They talked about dilution of 181 billion (or 1.81 billion post split) with a stock price of .00025 to EXTINGUISH the convertible debt. BTW, the 50-day moving avg is still .00046.
So far, they have already exceeded that amount by 50%.
1 billion shares for $100,000 to the noteholders to extinguish debt. Shareholders before Feb 3 paid $10,000,000 for the same billion shares IF they bought them at .0001 (pre-split).
Mr. Davis owes shareholders an explanation. You'd think at age 64 he'd be cognizant of his own mortality and consider the possible consequences of his actions.
